On October 19th, we were joined by our Breast Cancer Support partner organizations to learn more about what resources and support is available for breast cancer patients, survivors, and their friends/families. Along with the survivors in attendance, we were able to have important discussions about how we can better empower individuals navigating the healthcare system, and the ways in which non-profit organizations can help to ease these barriers and burdens.
