AWFH is a peer-led, community-based network dedicated to advancing Asian women’s health and wellness through education, advocacy, and support. We envision a world where Asian women are well-informed, have access to care that is culturally appropriate and high quality, and inspired to live happy, healthy lives.

introducing our new ambassadors!
We proud to announce we just launched the spring cohort of our Equitable Health Project Ambassadorship Program!
As a paid ambassadorship program that empowers and mobilizes young adults passionate about public health to learn more about the unique health needs and concerns of Asian-American communities, we are proud to be helping them become champions for health equity and advocates for change. Throughout this program they will be gaining hands-on, practical experience in developing culturally responsive resources and organizing their own outreach events as they learn more about the unique health needs and concerns of Asian-American communities. |

In December, we held a holiday social where our Communications and Partnerships Coordinator, Hilary Wong created some holiday mocktails to celebrate the end of the year. Highlighting the importance in supporting friends and family in their journey towards or experimenting with sobriety, we held a mocktail making demonstration where participants were able to learn first hand how to make cranberry mules for their own holiday parties!
