Asian Women for Health is led by a diverse group of Asian women:
A skilled and passionate community advocate, Chien-Chi is the founder of the Asian Breast Cancer Project and Asian Women for Health. She also serves as the commissioner for Somerville Commission for Women, the National Advisory Council member for Asian & Pacific Islander National Cancer Survivors Network, the steering committee member for the AIM for Equity Network, the community advisor to Tufts Clinical and Translational Science Institute (CTSI), and participates fully in the Disparities & Health Equity Workgroup of Massachusetts Comprehensive Cancer Prevention & Control Program. She is the recipient for the Cheryl Kramer Passion Award in 2011, the Trail Blazer award in 2012 and the Janice McGrath Survivor of the Year Award in 2013.

Selena P. Tan brings more than 20 years of organizational management experience and is the founder of O Positive Coaching & HR Services, LLC. She coaches professionals and business owners of color who seek to substantially improve their skills in people management, business development, career navigation, and work-life balance. She is a Board Certified Coach and a Senior Professional in Human Resources, and is interested in adult learning, development, and mental health issues.
